Arcantia terms of use

Last updated:

Arcantia is offered by Aitor Gilabert Juan, c. Adrià VI, 24, 43580 Deltebre, Tarragona (Spain), NIF 47622481S. Using the app means accepting these terms. Contact: info@arcantia.app.

What Arcantia is

A tarot, astrology and lunar guidance app for reflection and entertainment. The cards, the moon and the AI text are starting points for thinking about your own situation. They do not predict the future and they are not a source of facts.

What Arcantia is not

It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it must not be used to decide anything of that kind: not when to have surgery, when to start or stop a medication, a treatment or a diet, nor any investment. For that, talk to a qualified professional.

If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number (112 in Europe) or a crisis line.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Arcantia.

Your account

The app creates a guest account for you the first time you open it, and you can turn it into a registered account without losing anything. You are responsible for what you write in it. You can delete it at any time: open the menu at the top right and choose “Delete account”, or see the account deletion page.

Premium subscription and payment

  • Free plan. Includes the daily draw and a daily allowance of AI actions.
  • Arcantia Premium. A monthly subscription at €9.99 per month. It includes the Premium decks and spreads, Deep analysis and much wider use of the AI, with a reasonable daily usage limit to prevent abuse.
  • Fair use. Premium has no daily limit for normal use. To protect the service, there is a fair-use cap of 250 AI queries a day (readings, chat and lunar queries together), which resets every day. Reaching it does not affect anything else in your subscription.
  • Automatic renewal. The subscription is sold and charged by Google Play to your Google account, never by Arcantia directly, and it renews every month until you cancel it.
  • How to cancel. In Google Play: Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Arcantia › Cancel subscription, or directly in your Google Play subscriptions. You can cancel at any time; you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for and no further renewal is charged. Deleting your Arcantia account or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds. They are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can also write to us at info@arcantia.app and we will help you with the request.
  • Prices. The prices shown are in euros, taxes included, for Spain; in other countries Google Play shows the price in your currency, and the price that applies is the one you see in Google Play before you confirm the purchase. If the price changes, Google Play will tell you in advance and the change will apply to the following renewals, never to the period already paid for.
  • Your rights as a consumer (including withdrawal rights and the legal guarantee for digital content) always remain; these terms do not reduce them.

Fair use

Do not use Arcantia to harass anyone, to generate illegal content or to attack the service: automated abuse, bypassing the AI usage limits or extracting content in bulk. Daily AI limits apply per account and per device. Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended.

AI-generated content and how to report it

Interpretations, chat replies, lunar guidance, reflections and the portrait are generated on the fly by an artificial intelligence (OpenAI and, as a fallback, Anthropic), with no prior human review. They can be wrong, repetitive or off the mark, and they are offered as they are.

If an answer seems offensive, dangerous or inappropriate to you, report it with the flag icon next to it: it is available in the chat, in interpretations, in the lunar guidance, in monthly reflections and in Deep analysis. Where it is not there, write to info@arcantia.app with the text and where you saw it. We review reports and use them to correct the instructions the model works under. They are kept even if you later delete your account, unlinked from you, so a dangerous answer can still be examined.

Availability and liability

Arcantia depends on third-party services and can be interrupted or changed. To the extent the law allows, it is provided without warranties, and liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the problem. Nothing in these terms removes the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish or EU law.

Governing law

Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.

Changes

These terms can change; the app will tell you before a change that affects you takes effect. The date at the top always matches the current version.
